HVAC Filters (MERV 13-16, HEPA)

Matregenix presents a line of air filters ideal for HVAC systems in both commercial and residential buildings, ranging from MERV 13-16 and HEPA grade. Our filters are designed to provide exceptional filtration performance without hindering the performance of your HVAC system. Our proprietary nanofiber media boasts a 99.97% filtration efficiency and a mere 6 mm H2O pressure drop, a marked improvement over commercially available filters that typically have a much higher pressure drop and increased energy consumption. By minimizing the pressure drop, our filters are a cost-effective option for energy-conscious environments such as hospitals, labs, and homes. Traditional HVAC systems are limited to MERV 8 or 13 filters due to pressure drop constraints, but with Matregenix filters, these systems can achieve HEPA-grade filtration without any extra modifications or equipment. Upgrade your HVAC system with Matregenix filters and experience improved air quality while reducing energy costs.

PFAS-Free Nanofiber Barrier Layer for Chemical and Biological Protection Suits (CBPS) and Active Apparel

Matregenix strives to protect first responders from harmful chemical and biological agents. Unfortunately, traditional chemical and biological protective suits worn by first responders are often hot, heavy, and contain polyfluoroalkyl substances, also known as PFASs. PFASs comprise a family of synthetic chemicals that bioaccumulate over time, leading to an increased risk of cancer, birth defects, and immunosuppression. To address this issue, Matregenix has designed a PFAS-free nanofiber barrier layer. This cutting-edge technology offers superior chemical and biological protection while being lightweight, breathable, and eco-friendly. This advanced material can be utilized across a wide range of apparel, including protective garments and activewear.

FAQ'S

What makes Matregenix’s nanofiber filtration technology superior to traditional filtration methods?

Matregenix’s nanofiber filtration technology offers several advantages over traditional methods, including higher filtration efficiency, lower pressure drops, and enhanced durability. Our PFAS-free nanofiber HEPA filters are designed to capture a wide range of particles, including bioaerosols and allergens, with greater precision. Additionally, the low pressure drop of our filters makes them more energy-efficient, reducing operational costs for HVAC systems.

How do Matregenix’s nanofiber filters contribute to energy savings in HVAC systems?

Our nanofiber filters have a significantly lower pressure drop compared to traditional filters, which means that HVAC systems do not need to work as hard to push air through the filters. This reduced resistance results in lower energy consumption and can lead to substantial cost savings over time. Our filters are designed to integrate seamlessly with existing HVAC systems, providing an immediate improvement in energy efficiency.

Are Matregenix’s nanofiber filters compliant with industry standards?

Yes, Matregenix’s nanofiber filters comply with several key industry standards. Our air filtration products meet ASHRAE 52.2 standards for MERV ratings and EN 1822 standards for HEPA and ULPA filters. Our liquid filtration solutions adhere to NSF/ANSI standards for drinking water treatment, ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance.

Can Matregenix customize filtration solutions for specific applications?
